We are the execution team within the North American Operations (NA Ops) group called the Project Management Office (PMO). We work closely with our sales and consulting partners to implement the client’s purchase for training, upskilling, coaching, and accomplishing their development needs. We blend Project Management techniques and Account Management best practices within a customer success framework to deliver results. Our customer acquisition and renewal process are managed by account teams within a customer success framework so that there is an equal voice of all involved seated at the table. Our focus is on HOW we can get the work done. We have a robust diverse team built from different backgrounds, experiences, and identities that are eager to learn and grow to create an inclusive and supportive workplace. We work with various stakeholders who are as diverse as we are: C-Suite Level, Sales, Consulting, Product, Technology, Support, and everything in between.
Requirements:- Independently facilitating client planning and status update meetings
- Partnering effectively with other departments to improve services or processes using technology
- Driving actions based on the SOW that a client has purchased
- Coaching clients on project management best practices given constraints within their environment
- Scoping and managing agreed timelines and budget for leadership development projects
- Serving as a subject matter expert in DDI’s leadership development technologies
- Work alongside sales and consulting partners in a dedicated account team structure to implement and sustain the client’s purchase for training, upskilling, coaching, and accomplishing their development needs.
- Managing a wide $2M (annual revenue) portfolio of 30-40 client accounts with a dedicated team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
- Technology savvy
- Proficient in DDI Microsoft Office 360 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently under tight timelines with multiple deadlines
- Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic high performing team
- Demonstrated organization and planning abilities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong internal and external customer orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Management experience
- Proficiency in SharePoint, OneDrive, Dynamics, PowerBI, Power Automate, or other automated solutions
- History of Account Management
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
