Job Summary:
The FP&A Director II leads financial analysis activities throughout the FieldCore organization to meet the needs of internal customers by providing timely and accurate data reporting and partnering to drive profitability for the company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leverage IT systems and implement automated methods of reporting and data collection where manual processes currently exist
- Lead the corporate forecasting/strategic planning process to drive effective and timely financial information to business leadership
- Design decision models for new customer, new product segments, business, and project economics
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Finance talent within the organization
- Oversee the development of business models for use to create strategic plans, annual budgets, and ongoing forecast revisions
- Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirements are met by facilitating and coordinating financial analysis efforts across multiple internal customers
- Establish key operation metrics and drive their use throughout the regions – including but not limited to Bench/ Training Cost Analysis; publish trends and work with assignment teams to control non-productive labor cost
- Travel may be required
- Collaborate with regional and service line teams to drive alignment to revenue and cash targets and support business development
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
- Create and drive the analytic framework for planning and managing organizational change in a highly entrepreneurial organization
- Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years in a finance leadership role, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
- English proficiency required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent
- 12+ years’ finance experience
- Master’s degree, CPA or MBA preferred

- Extensive experience with strategic planning
- Experience with process improvement and/or change management
- Very good communication skills, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, teambuilding, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple, competing projects concurrently with a results-oriented focus
- Highly proficient technical skills including MS Office, with SAP and Oracle skills an advantage
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, teambuilding, and problem-solving skills
- 10+ years of financial analysis and strategic planning experience in a global environment
- Capable of providing sound, practical advice in response to complex and rapidly changing conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $156,700 to $250,700. This is an exempt from overtime position. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program. Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
