The Senior Manager/ Manager, New Markets and Global Commercial FP&A is a member of the Commercial Finance team. He/ She should be based in the United States and reports into the Senior Director, New Markets and Global Commercial FP&A. He/ She will provide finance business partnering for the New Markets teams and support Global Commercial activities.

This role will partner with the business functions to develop Revenue and Operating expenses forecasting; Track Monthly results versus Actuals; Support the monthly accrual process; Lead the Power BI implementation project and other Ad Hoc Finance activities.

The successful candidate will have pharmaceutical industry experience with an understanding of both pharma business model, working in a global environment and leading and delivering business process improvement initiatives. The Senior Manager/ Manager will be a hands-on and valued partner that provides analytical and strategic support to the business functions, can influence and challenge business assumptions and works closely with senior functional leads to support high quality decision making while adhering to budget guidelines.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of the mechanisms of financial reporting, accounting, and financial systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as the role with communicate frequently with our global Corporate/Commercial Finance teams, and stakeholders of various departments.
