Financial Analyst – Fp&A - Ma

The Junior Financial Analyst – FP&A is an early career position. We are looking for someone with 1 - 2 year of professional experience. The role will be responsible for providing financial reporting and variance analysis for the GDSO division. Must display the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work with large amounts of data in a highly matrixed environment. Will report to FP&A Manager.

• Conduct variance analysis
• Provide internal support for the FP&A team.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
• Generate routine financial reports for management.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Assist in the monthly preparation of financial reports.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to travel to corporate office in Waltham, MA as needed
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 1 year of related experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Profit & Loss Statement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail industry experience
• Experience with SmartView is a plus

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
