The impact you will make
The Sr. Analyst of FP&A is a critical job in the Finance organization. As part of the Corporate FP&A organization, the Senior Financial Analyst will independently own and lead the organization through our financial planning cycle. This role is responsible for Corporate Consolidations, Governance Presentations and Data Analytics, and Financial Analysis of Revenue and Gross Margin. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across several areas of the organization, including Operations, M&A, Accounting for multiple locations. You should have hands-on and demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, ability to
successfully work and influence others, and comfortable independently owning presenting to senior leadership, and meeting our financial deliverables with a high level of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness. You are advance in financial modelling, but you understand that FP&A is about being able to translate data into insights that drive action. This role requires a self-starter capable of creating a strong rigor for finance, a keen attention to detail, ability to align critical decisions and quickly understand how they impact our forecast.

Key Responsibilities*
- This role will oversee the execution of periodic forecast, month-end close deliverables, and quarter-close deliverables.
- Independently own the chronology to reconcile forecasts changes forecast to forecast and establish alignment on consistent building blocks that allow for reporting vs. prior year vs. Plan and vs. prior forecast
- Review, analyze and perform all duties required to fully understand and report on gross margin variables, sources of growth, and partner with Ops to align plans required to deliver our financial commitment. This role will also collaborate with Ops in aligning revenue and labor forecasts, phasing, and sources of growth as well as owning the forecast for direct operating expenses and COGS.
- Provide robust modeling and reporting to facilitate executive-level decision making.
- You will be responsible for driving the necessary financial rigor in process, templates, and inputs that allow for a successful, accurate, and efficient process.
- Independently own the financial planning cycle to effectively consolidate and analyze a portfolio of P&Ls, using solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, understand the sources of performance change, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver actions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- 3+ years of pure FP&A experience within a multi-unit environment
- You are comfortable with change and can pivot on the fly. FP&A is the thought-partner to the CFO and you have the capacity to flex priorities as needed to support the business with a “can do” attitude. Our teams create high-quality work on quick timelines. Owning a problem doesn’t scare you, but rather empowers you to take 100% responsibility for achieving our mission.
- Experience with Service Titan, Sage Intacct, Adaptive Budgeting & Forecasting, Bill.com is preferred.
- Experience in services, retail, consumer-oriented or multi-site industry
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and corporate finance is required.
- BS in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Business Administration with goo
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail. You are obsessed with process efficiency and won’t rest until the processes are clear and documented, operate smoothly and with high impact, and are operational at scale.
