Reports to the CFO

The Director of FP&A is responsible for providing financial analysis and recommendations to support the development of the company's overall business strategy. This role is accountable for developing insightful information from the company's internal financials and operating metrics, delivering executive level reports and periodic updates that help the business grow and improve.

Responsibilities:

• Provides by-product reporting tying it into pricing.
• Responsibility for pricing, profitability and development of insightful suggestions and analyses for new lines of business or products.
• Maintains the company’s forecasting model and related processes, adapting as necessary to changing business needs.
• Conducts market analyses correlating a metric to a long-term growth.
• Reviews & analyzes results, develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reductions and shapes strategic business decisions.
• Responsibility for period updates, financial performance and management reporting and communications.
• Analyzes currency impact, volume trends, customer & product profitability, etc.
• Assists in creation and maintenance of annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting to promote efficient financial operations.
• Defines and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs), company-wide and especially in Operations.
• Ad hoc analyses and projects in order to add value to the business.
• Reviews and analyzes the revenue by customer.
• Identifies commissionable transaction trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master’s degree preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• 10+ years of analytical work. Prior specific financial planning experience is a bonus.
• Problem solving skills a must
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Mastery of excel
