Bumble is looking for a FP&A analyst for headcount and overheads to drive growth, support decision-making and provide planning leadership across both Bumble and Badoo products.
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the FP&A Analyst will play an important part in providing best-in-class analysis, reporting and decision support to commercial stakeholders. This role will own financial reporting creation for key business leaders, assist with month-end commentary and analysis, and partner throughout the organization on headcount planning as well as overhead and subscription spend.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Own creation of monthly/quarterly reports shared with key business stakeholders and Bumble executive leadership. Assist with monthly/quarterly business commentary and analysis.
  • Ad-hoc modelling and deep dives for various business analysis
  • Take part in the transformation activities of the broader Finance department to improve system automation, operational analysis, financial analysis and commercial awareness
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for headcount and overheads/subscriptions
  • Partner with other members of FP&A and P&C staff on headcount planning across a number of different leaders.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Knowledge of planning and performance processes, annual budget, and forecasting.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or accounting.
  • Understanding financial statements and the underlying general ledger transactions.
  • Desire to get into the details and help bring Bumble’s ambitious plans to life
  • Comfortability in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with finance and non-finance members throughout Bumble.

Base Compensation Range: $48,000.00 - $74,00.00. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
