Responsibilities
If you have prior Automotive General Sales Management experience, you know all the responsibilities this position requires to be successful.

• Address and resolve customer concerns
• Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
• Hire and recruit Sales Team Members to grow your team
• Lead a Team to High Performance by ensuring Sales Goals are attained
• Provide Customer Service and train team to Earn Customers for Life

REQUIRED Qualifications

• Subprime Finance experience with Multiple Lenders for maximum gross
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Experience Booking/Appraising Vehicles
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• 2+ years’ work experience with demonstrated success in new/used vehicles sales
• Proven leadership of a high performing team

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $166,800 to $320,400, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Manufacturer Approvability”).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
