Los Cucos Mexican Restaurant is a Tex-Mex restaurant located in New Braunfels, TX. Our restaurant serves traditional Mexican dishes, along with Texas-inspired meals. Our mission is to provide our guests with exceptional food and service that exceeds their expectations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, creating schedules, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The General Manager will also work with the owner to develop and implement strategies for the restaurant's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle customer complaints.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant sanitation practices
• Restaurant Management Experience, including staff management and financial responsibilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
