Greenhouse is looking for an FP&A Manager, Emerging Business to join our team!


In an effort to continue scaling with the needs of a rapidly-growing organization, we’re looking for an FP&A Manager to support our emerging business ventures in geographies and product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing financial planning and analysis processes, building out key metrics and reporting frameworks, and serving as the primary FP&A business partner for key stakeholders in the emerging business area.


This role will have high visibility as you will be partnering with executive stakeholders, while creating the building blocks for emerging business reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in driving financial insights, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring the successful growth of our emerging business initiatives.

What You’ll Do


  • Take an active role in supporting ad-hoc requests from the business, including building new models to support changing needs
  • Build emerging business data and reporting foundational blocks
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement or further efficiency within the FP&A team
  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating key FP&A models, liaising with the Accounting team, and ensuring complete and accurate data
  • Work with key stakeholders in the emerging products and geographies functions to develop key metrics
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to build Net Present Value models for current products


You should have


  • Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, and strategic growth or emerging business teams with core reporting models
  • Your own unique talents!   • Tableau and Workday Adaptive experience, preferred
  • Experience building financial models and reporting for new businesses or products from scratch
  • Strong expertise with Google Sheets, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Adaptability; demonstrated ability to stay organized across multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to extract insights from large datasets
  • Salesforce experience, a plus
  • SaaS experience or knowledge of SaaS metrics and business models, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $113,000 - $152,000 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
