Overview An Emerging Talent Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing high potential talent within an organization. They are responsible for creating and executing strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent, as well as developing and managing talent pipelines. Detailed Job Description The Emerging Talent Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent. This includes creating and managing talent pipelines, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and developing and implementing talent development programs. The Emerging Talent Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with universities, colleges, and other external organizations to identify and recruit top talent. Additionally, the Emerging Talent Manager will be responsible for creating and managing a talent management system, including tracking and analyzing talent data. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Experience in developing and managing talent pipelines
• Experience in creating and managing talent management systems
• Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of talent management systems
• Knowledge of talent development programs
• Knowledge of organizational development principles and practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field
