About The Job
As a Talent Recruiter you will be driving the expansion of the rapidly growing AmberBox team.
You will collaborate with many department managers from sales to operations on a regular basis to identify current and future hiring needs.
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong people oriented culture at AmberBox.
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruiting process, holding interviews and ensuring a standardized approach. We are looking to fill at least 20 roles in the next 12 months.
- Championing a great company culture, with particular emphasis on building an inclusive and fun remote working environment.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Qualifications
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sourcing
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates
- Analytical and metrics focussed with a good grasp of math
- At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience
