Clinical Talent Recruiter - Brightside Health - 100% Remote in U.S.

We are looking for a Clinical Talent Recruiter who has experience in healthcare recruiting to join Brightside’s Talent Team and oversee high volume sourcing and hiring of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists nationwide.


Responsibilities


  • Work with leadership to determine screening and selection criteria.
  • Review applicants and assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, conduct screening video calls, arrange clinical interviews and maintain candidate communications.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and are optimized for candidate engagement.
  • Actively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms, and professional networks).
  • Take detailed notes on candidate interviews and move the candidate through the hiring funnel in a timely way, assessing the process for urgency and completeness.
  • Report directly to Brightside’s Sr. Director of Clinical Talent Acquisition and work closely with the Director of Psychiatry to coordinate recruitment strategy.
  • High-volume interviewing and hiring for Brightside Health’s provider team.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.


Requirements


  • Hands-on experience with high-volume and full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is a plus
  • 2+ years of clinical or healthcare interviewing / recruiting experience in high-growth environments
  • Experience sourcing candidates in highly competitive environments
  • Tech-savvy and open to new technology
  • Must have experience as a healthcare recruiter (preferably mental health recruiting) in the United States
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a huge plus
  • Operationally sound and organized
