Job Description

The Group Manager, LSA will manage a remote team of Luxury Sales Associates (LSAs) who are responsible for driving sales and product acquisition by self sourcing new clients and growing them through new categories and referrals. You will lead your team to cultivate the existing consignor base while increasing new consignor growth to hit monthly sales quotas. Preferred candidates must possess the ability to analyze reports, uncover areas of improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement strategies to ensure the team is performing at the highest level possible. There is also a fair amount of cross-functional relationships to work with and develop.


What You Get To Do Every Day


  • Coach team on the importance of retaining a highly active base through personal and creative outreach and local events
  • Work with Regional Director to analyze existing client base and define appropriate opportunities to develop existing clients
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities to increase client engagement and consignment
  • Reports directly to the Regional Director, drives supply and achieves sales goals for the region by mentoring/coaching, best practice sharing, and general support
  • Shadowing on virtual appointments, listening to phone calls, reviewing outreach attachments to improve/monitor performance
  • Liaison between LSA team and internal partners to offer support and effectively problem solve
  • Manage elevated consignor issues directly with consignors and liaise with consignor relations to resolve any escalations
  • Manage daily operations like supplies, calendar, expenses and all HR projects
  • Ensure the team is following protocol in processing, pricing, consignor communication etc.
  • Provide insightful reporting, targeted business insights, and commission statements
  • Communicate changes to remote field team and ensure team is properly trained as needed
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Create, implement, and advise team of self-sourcing initiatives
  • Monitor progress on campaigns and ensure team is receiving the next campaign in a timely manner

  • 2+ years of work experience in sales management
  • Ability to meet with team and clients in-person for appointment shadowing and coaching
  • Car insurance that meets or exceeds local requirements
  • Ability to use technological tools with ease G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
  • A current, valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets)
  • Motivated by a desire to win and excel in a competitive sales environment

The expected salary range for this role is $80,582.00 - $100,728.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
