ONSITE
This position will own the local program management of the
region & the local deployment and measurement of Global Field Sales /People for our AR / VR hardware.
The position will be responsible for program managing the translation of our initiatives into compelling sales and demo programs that reflect the brand while creating an exceptional customer experience. The primary function of this role will be to be the liaison between the FSM and our XFN partners as well as our outside agency partners for the design and execution of our sales and brand advocacy programs. This role will support the FSM’s to manage all aspects of the Brand Advocacy Sales Program including but not limited to; driving performance against
sales KPIs, mentoring and providing leadership to the agency’s account team and
field teams.
Job Responsibilties
- Work with Global team to set strategic direction and measurable KPIs for third party agency
- Grow sales revenue, market share, brand advocacy and purchase consideration
- Work with Global Training Lead on local training content and deployment.
- Manage performance of agency’s field sales team which will include holding account team and field management to program standards /results, such as budget and ROI targets
- Work with agency partners to build and staff Retailer Event (both in person and virtual)
- Conduct formal quarterly field audits with agency partners to assess training, advocacy, demonstration and visibility of our brands in store. Provide detailed constructive feedback
- Reports key activities regarding sales, competitive position, and customer issues/inquiries to leadership as actionable insights
- Support and motivate the agency field and account team to provide added value to the program and to achieve Meta goals and objectives.
- Organize, communicate and drive key priorities as agreed upon with Field Sales & marketing lead to execute annual plans in the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key sales leaders, including field based representatives
- Analysis of competitive strategies, products & promotions
- Facilitate weekly conference calls and daily communication with the agency team.
- Partner with agency to ensure best in class programs are built and executed against
- Validate, analyze and interpret a broad range of retail-related data including industry trends, competitor pricing, competitor incentives, promotional activities, and customer and RSA brand preference/sentiment.
- Set and manage KPIs and sales targets with the agencies, provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure the field teams are hitting expectations, and the agencies are held accountable to performance
- Manage performance of agency’s field team which will include holding account team and field management program standards which best represent the Meta brand
Minimum Qualifications :
- Excellent communicator, superb verbal and written communication
- Excellent project management skills required
- Passionate about new technologies and GTM strategy and execution
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible
- Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies
- Experience working with agencies for innovation and continual improvement
- Experience managing retail sales reps, brand event ambassadors and training representatives
- Clear understanding of the retail EMEA landscape with expertise in 3PR
- Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong ability to take analysis, data, and insights and turn them into actionable items with a strong focus on driving fundamental improvements
- Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors
- Experience streamlining and improving processes, and troubleshooting
- (IC4+) 5+ years of program management, retail management, field management, or territory management, experience in a field sales /retail environment
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
