Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive problem-solver to join us as an Executive Assistant, providing crucial support to our President. In this role, your exceptional communication skills and operational prowess will shine as you help manage the President's schedule, coordinate travel, and enhance the efficiency of our leadership team.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management:
Maintain an evolving calendar for the President and other executives, spanning global in-person and virtual meetings.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering effective communication.
Advocate for efficient time management, ensuring a well-balanced schedule.
  • Travel Coordination:
Organize all travel arrangements for the President, including transportation, accommodations, and logistics.
Extend your travel coordination expertise to support C-Suite members as needed.
  • Operations Enhancement:
Leverage your deep understanding of our operations to enhance the responsiveness of the President and management team.
  • Administrative Support:
Manage expense reimbursement processes for the President.
Assist with various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Board Preparation:
Coordinate logistical aspects of global board meetings.
Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations for the President.
  • Executive Support:
Support internal and external events for the President and Executive Team.
Contribute to various projects undertaken by the Executive Team.
Provide scheduling and travel support to the C-Suite when required.
Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting C-suite Executives in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 4+ years of direct support to a CEO, President, or Division Head.
Proficiency in Powerpoint and MS-Excel.
Strong logistics management experience, including complex schedules and international travel.
Sound business acumen and operational insight.
Independent self-starter with a knack for ownership and initiative.
Adaptability and ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and polished communication across all levels.
Proven project completion ability and creative thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel as needed.

Compensation
Salary range: $75,000—$95,000 USD annually.
Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
