The Role: Executive Assistant (Contract to Hire)

The City: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

The Money: $30-37 Per Hour

The Day-to-Day:

• Exceptional grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage calendars, coordinate travel, schedule meetings, assist in event planning.
• Receive and respond professionally to incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate individual.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication between internal and external contacts with cultural humility.
• Proficiency in MS Office
