A leading investment company is seeking a proactive and motivated Executive Assistant to join their team at their office in the Financial District. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the firm’s Founder and executives while working to streamline daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is a polished individual who has a keen eye for details and a “nothing below me” attitude. **Candidates must reside in the Bay Area as it is a hybrid position**
Your day-to-day:
- Plan and execute events, dinners, and other occasions
- Prepare monthly expense reports with great attention to detail
- Assist and handle personal tasks such as, bills, family errands, tasks, etc.
- Manage multiple busy calendars with heavy internal/external communication
- Handle and organize important/confidential documents and files
- Coordinate and organize heavy international/domestic travel schedules with detailed itineraries
- Provide additional support when needed and available
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to prioritize and reassess tasks depending on urgency
- Tenured professional who has a team-oriented mindset
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to staying organized
- Finance background required
- Degree is strongly preferred
- Problem solver with open-minded outlook
- 7+ years’ experience of C-Level/Founder support
- 24/7 mindset with a humble personality and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
$150k - $200k + Bonus, Excellent Benefits
