What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a sharp, top-notch, polished, full-time assistant with a “Can Do…AND I Can Do it WELL!” type of attitude. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person with room for growth. We want an assistant with an entrepreneurial spirit on our team. This is someone who iscreative, takes extreme pride in their work, can work proactively and move with tenacity.
The Assistant to the Founder provides high-level assistance and support to the Founder. She/he/them will act as the gatekeeper and often be the first impression of the organization to clients and business associates communicating via phone, email and in-person, preserving the sexy and reputation of the brand at all cost. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organization doing big things for the cultureand encouraging innovation from within.
Work Environment:
Hybrid (office, virtual, and on-location as needed)
The Vanity Group staff will be required to meet in-person once a week at our coworking office space for aweekly team meeting. The Vanity Group office is located in Hollywood.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Proactively support and assist the Founder with various administrative and executive level tasks
- NASA-LEVEL CALENDAR MANAGEMENT - this includes being proactive and conscious of anever-changing, ever-evolving calendar of appointments, meetings and appearances.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Serve as gatekeeper for the Founder to ensure a professional filter to avoid unnecessarydistractions and match the inquiry with the appropriate member within the organization.
- Serve as the main point of contact for managing, facilitating and coordinating logistics for all ofthe Founder’s professional affairs.
- Collect mail and packages from coworking space weekly; next routing mail to its assignedrecipient (i.e. routing mail to the Founder, office accountant, general counsel, etc.)
- Create and provide briefings and agendas for the Founder’s appointments as needed.
- Schedule all calendar movements including but not limited to: meetings, speaking engagements,travel itineraries, personal appointments and events to efficiently manage the Founder’s time.
- NASA-LEVEL CALENDAR MANAGEMENT - this includes being proactive and conscious of anever-changing, ever-evolving calendar of appointments, meetings and appearances.
Ideal candidate possess the following qualities:
- Extreme attention to detail; to the point of obsessively detailed
- Previous, successful experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, productionassistant, or personal assistant at a reputable organization supporting a C-suite executive, highprofile public figure/personality, or organization
- Great energy! Well-rounded, fun and upbeat personality
- Proficient in traditional work platform/software such as Apple products, Google Workspace,Canva, Slack, Excel and Slack
- Excellent research skills
- Pristine written and verbal communication skills
- Intense proactivity and follow-through on open tasks/assignments
- Knowledge of the latest trends and ideas in art, culture, fashion, music, TV/Film, spirits, andentertainment

Time Commitment, Travel and Compensation:
- Occasional work affairs taking place over the weekend, in the evenings and during holidays is to be expected. The company will cover all work-related travel expenses (e.g. airfare, ground, lodging, per diem)
- Company provided laptop (MacBook) will be issued
- Occasional travel outside of Los Angeles is to be expected
- Temp to Full-time employee(at the company’s discretion)
- Candidate must be already based in Los Angeles (no relocation available)
- Health and dental insurance available after 90 days
