An experienced, ambitious, and polished Executive/Personal Assistant is needed to support a C-Suite executive at a renowned financial services firm.

Perks are plentiful and will include a competitive base salary (up to $150k, DOE), paid OT, strong benefits, and a generous discretionary bonus.
Daily responsibilities will consist of:
- Managing all meeting logistics (preparing agendas/presentations, distributing materials accordingly, taking notes, following up on action items, etc.)
- Answering heavy phone calls and emails, representing the executive and responding on their behalf as needed
- Completing a wide array of personal assistant tasks, such as running errands, booking personal appointments and reservations, arranging gifts, communicating with personal contacts, etc.
- Assisting with expense management and special projects
- Taking ownership of business and personal calendars, handling complex scheduling across global time zones
- Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including private arrangements
Given the fast pace and high-profile nature of this executive’s office, the Assistant must be comfortable with 24/7 on-call availability, based fully in-office at the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Additional qualifications include:
- Comprehensive background within financial services
- 7-10 years of EA/PA experience supporting a busy, high-level executive
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Capability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion
