What We Are Looking For & Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Office and the Go to Market team. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative support and brings a structured, proactive approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive, identify opportunities for efficiencies and operate with limited direction.
In your role as Executive Assistant, you will:
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CCO, with the Go to Market team and others on matters related to CCO’s initiatives, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chief Commercial Officer, with the aim of increasing their efficiency, and function as gatekeeper to create win-win situations for direct access to the CCO’s time and office.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CCO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Recommends appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Provide leadership within the Go to Market team to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and over time, manage a variety of special projects for CCO which may have organizational impact and/or involve multiple sites, especially in relation to the transformation of the company.
  • Coordinate Go to Market Leadership Team activities such as: weekly staff meeting; Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews and offsites.
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to see things through to completion
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions and has the curiosity to learn about our business, our customers and our team
  • Communication: The ability to interact efficiently with senior leaders, whether in writing or verbally
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Organization skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly: ability to organize the activities of the CCO and leadership team; ability to define and set up mechanisms to improve the administrative efficiency of the CCO
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, with demonstrated ability to anticipate their needs and recommend mechanisms that will improve their efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
