Job Title: GTM Partner Marketing Specialist
Client Location: Remote; Virtual
Starting: 08/14/2023
Salary/Pay Rate: $34- $40 hourly
Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Manage The Company's Nonprofit Partner GTM, with a goal of driving net-new pipeline and wins through Partners. Campaigns will span workloads for the MAL (managed account list). Special projects may include product launches where PM will Ensure project partners have awareness of upcoming product announcements and launches and are activated to collaborate and leverage marketing tools and assets.

•Marketing vendor; driving Cloud for Nonprofit Launch activities
•Marketing/Engineering vendor; driving Cloud for Nonprofit sales readiness and training activities
Key Partnerships for success:
•Collaborating with PDMs to execute GTM activities as outlined in Partner Business Plans to drive through-Partner demand generation, pipeline and wins and track results
•Collaborating with the Marketing team and Risa Coleman (Partner team) to ensure our Cloud for Nonprofit Partners are incorporated into launch activities (timeline TBD)
Project Plan and Deliverable Outline & their Duties to include:
•Partner GTM Support
•Execute GTM activities as outlined in Partner Business Plans (this can be scaled up / down depending on hours available; PDMs are currently driving this, so it could be either owning the GTM execution plans entirely *or* a backstop for PDM, depending on both v- bandwidth and PDM load)
Specifically: Ensure a consistent ROB to drive campaigns/webinars/events through partners; track leads generated through Partner-led GTM activities via Partner Center; help manage Partner GTM funding, which will be allocated to Partners on first-come, first-serve basis.
Notes on prioritization and capacity:
2.We will be prioritizing PDMs in US, UK, and Western Europe
3.We anticipate no more than 15 partner GTM activities / campaigns per month across 3 territories
4. Partners will be managed by the PDM, and most have GTM plans outlined in their business plan. The GTM lead will therefore be responsible for working directly with the Marketing teams within Partner organizations to execute against those GTM plans, which will include: coordinating timing and driving awareness/participation in events/webinars/etc., helping land co-investment and KPIs (collaborating with PDM), ensuring leads are tracked and reported in tools; capturing insights and feedback to inform future campaigns; plugging into company marketing engines & leveraging company-to-customer assets where appropriate
Partner Launch Lead:
5. Support marketing team in aligning TSI Managed Partners to product launches and launch related activities. This includes To-Partner readiness (leveraging all of the to-customer assets that marketing will drive) and Through-partner Launch amplification via Partners’ own marketing engines and activities. This will be done in close collaboration with Risa Coleman and the Marketing team, simply ensuring we have the right partners engaged (i.e. those with GTM activities aligned to the product, which will be same cohort of Partners as in #1 above)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $34- $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
