We are seeking a senior leader as Head of Global Sales enablement that will be responsible for leading and managing the strategic direction, design, implementation, and delivery of sales enablement initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of Zoom’s global sales force. This role is highly strategic and critical in developing competencies, improving sales performance productivity, and ensuring consistent selling disciplines and alignment throughout the sales process.
This leader owns partnering closely with the talent, product marketing, sales operations and GTM leadership functions to deliver end to end enablement plans.
Key Areas Of Responsibility For This Leadership Role
  • Sales Training: Responsible for development and deployment of programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. Develop and deliver sales training programs, both in-person and virtual, to enhance product knowledge and certifications, sales coaching for managers, sales techniques, objection handling, and other essential skills.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales enablement team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Program Development: Design and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to support the sales team at all stages of the sales cycle, including onboarding, training, ongoing skill development, and coaching.
  • Technology Enablement: Identify, evaluate, and implement sales enablement technologies, such as CRM systems, sales automation tools, and content management platforms, to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a global sales enablement strategy aligned with overall business objectives and sales goals.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement initiatives and establish mechanisms to measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of enablement efforts.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the global sales organization.
  • Content Development: Create and curate relevant sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and resources to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, customer success, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and enablement efforts.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales enablement strategies and practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering sales training programs and resources.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement technologies, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales enablement initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • 10+ years Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Minimum
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$166,400.00
Maximum
$364,000.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
