The OpSec portfolio of solutions helps brands monetize and protect their intellectual property. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong knowledge of general business and corporate cultures
- Must be a team player, proactive attitude, takes initiative and has ability to work without supervision
- Advanced MS Office including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working for a global team, including an appreciation of cultural differences, and working across different time zones
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain briefing materials and talking points for meetings and speaking opportunities
- Track requests needed from internal stakeholders and work with senior executives to ensure that responses are provided in a timely manner
- Support scheduling and execution of complex, in-person and virtual Board meetings, including coordination of high-volume domestic and international travel, transportation and accommodations
- Scheduling a variety of meetings, conference call, and video conferences both internally and externally
- Assisting in preparation and printing of presentations & proposals
- Liaise closely with internal executive leadership on scheduling and meeting execution needs
- Liaise with other divisions to coordinate materials as needed
- Arranging international and domestic travel (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)
