Robert Half is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in an organization's daily operations. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining efficient administrative processes, managing office tasks, and assisting team members as needed. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Filing and Recordkeeping: Manage physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are appropriately stored and easily retrievable.
  • Correspondence: Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication on behalf of the organization.
  • Document Management: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and partners in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records, databases, and other information to support smooth workflow and efficient data management.
  • Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized and tidy office space, ordering supplies when necessary, and managing inventory.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and appointments.


Requirements


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
