Job Description

A growing company just outside of Philadelphia is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our office and providing essential support to the team. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving and will play a vital role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for employees as needed.
  • Office Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the office, including facilities management, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct incoming calls. Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Two plus years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
