Salary Starting at 20.00/hr depending upon education/experience.


Job Summary


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrating and coordinating executive and senior-level communications, correspondence, and schedules.


  • Must be able to lift/transfer a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Assists in the scheduling of any Board meetings for Woods and affiliates.
  • Assists, as needed, in taking minutes of Board and Committee meetings and assists in managing information on the Board portal.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within Woods and its affiliates.
  • Assists in the coordination of scheduling to executive and senior leadership.
  • Must be able to effectively represent the interests of Woods and affiliates in writing as well as verbally.
  • Provides accurate and effective administrative support in a timely manner.
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred) and experience managing complex administrative duties for Senior level positions.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and use of an automobile.
  • Assists in managing the administration of various policies, procedures, schedules, orientations, training, agendas, and presentations, as well as other events or retreats as needed.
  • Maintains calendars as requested.
  • Assist in coordinating travel plans for large and small groups, both nationally and internationally.
  • Drafts correspondence and develops PowerPoint presentations for executive and senior leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant.
  • Ensures that all contact with Executive and Senior Leadership and Trustees is respectful and that Trustees feel supported in their Board work.
  • Serves as administrative coordinator for executive and senior leadership to coordinate calendars, meetings, and various duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must have superior knowledge of a variety of software packages including Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
