Job Description
Rampart Hydro-Demolition is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our office, located in Coraopolis, PA. As an Administrative Assistant for Rampart, you will be accountable for routine clerical duties including but not limited to front office receptionist tasks, data entry, filing, copying, and overall office administration.


The Successful Candidate Will Be Also Be Responsible For


  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Working with construction documents and forms
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Greeting employees and visitors to the office
  • Assisting with payroll processing and accounts payable when needed
  • Assist in processing federal required reports (ex: CDL Logs, Fuel Logs, Maintenance logs for huge equipments, etc)
  • Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office


Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:


  • Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized
  • 2+ years of previous administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcribing abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


Candidates With The Following Background May Be Given Preference


  • Bi-lingual English-Spanish
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry
