Role Summary


The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Managers of the Risk & Compliance organization. Customers Bank moves at an intense pace, requiring a very positive attitude, flexibility, and confidence. It is critical to maintain a consistent use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment in handling all matters consistent with Customers Bank’s culture. The Executive Assistant must maintain strict confidentiality to ensure discreet treatment of all matters that are handled by the CRO and their management team and that involve investors, the Board of Directors, customers, team members, and community interactions in all markets served by the Bank. The successful candidate will be someone who is a team player, enjoys learning, and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done!


Responsibilities Include


  • Review and manage CRO email inbox
  • Manage scheduling, deliverables, and execution of regulator meetings, Board committee meetings, town hall meetings, etc., including presentation and project management support
  • Maintaining the calendar of the CRO by managing and prioritizing team, regulator, executive, Board, customer, and vendor expectations
  • Support organization of notes, action items, and next steps from meetings, as listed above; some notes/minute-taking required
  • Support invoice processing and budget reporting
  • Some event planning
  • Manage travel requirements and expense processing.

  • An interest in or prior experience with risk management or compliance, crypto / digital assets, and modern technologies preferred
  • Ability to anticipate and support executive management requirements, including calendar and meeting management


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of and eagerness to understand and explore broader Bank technologies such as Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Workday software including expense report submittals
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
