Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate Remote Event Coordinators who possess a deep enthusiasm for travel. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, both for business and leisure purposes, and providing exceptional tourism-related services, including package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty for future services.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle and resolve any issues, complaints, or refund requests that may arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest tourism trends by attending seminars and networking with tour operators.
  • Utilize promotional techniques and create promotional materials to effectively sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Plan and facilitate transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and offer expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Handle transportation bookings, hotel reservations, and efficiently manage payment collection.
  • Provide travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications such as guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events.


Skills:


  • Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong sales skills and a keen commercial awareness.
