Job Location: United States : New York : New York
- Preparing initial drafts or preview materials – PPT decks, speaker notes, various communications in support of key initiatives.
- Plan and execute on LatAm meeting and events i.e. regional meetings, sales award celebrations, SLT meetings, etc., including executive meetings calendar management, attendance tracking and content/topic prep.
- Prepare meeting materials including executive documents and binders
- Management of LatAm gifts (pullovers, polos, etc.)
- Manages events logistics including catering, attendee and visitor clearance (escort to meeting rooms)
- Management of office supplies which includes ordering, storing and distribution
- Support of regional travel policy and process
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
- Basic understanding of Spanish language (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Demonstrates a can-do / positive attitude
- 3+ years Administrative, Events Management or Communications experience
