Overview A Legal Records Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing legal records and documents. They are responsible for ensuring that all legal documents are stored securely and are easily accessible. They must also ensure that all legal documents are properly filed and updated. Detailed Job Description The Legal Records Coordinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining legal records and documents. This includes filing, organizing, and tracking legal documents, as well as ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and secure. The Legal Records Coordinator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient filing system for all legal documents. They will also be responsible for responding to requests for legal documents and providing assistance to attorneys and other legal staff. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and filing skills
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
