Hello, Event Coordinators/PMs!


I’m Ian, the owner of the Million Dollar Sellers (MDS). Initially called the 50k+ group, MDS quickly evolved into a powerhouse community. Gaining traction with more and more successful 7-figure sellers, it became known as the only group with vetted, full-time, and proven Amazon sellers striving to forge their way on a rapidly growing marketplace that offered no roadmap or guidance.


About the role:


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Events Coordinator/Manager to join the dynamic team at Million Dollar Sellers. As a key member of our events department, you will play an integral role in crafting memorable experiences for our attendees and ensuring seamless execution of every event. Working closely with our Event Director, you will be on the front lines, traveling to event locations and making sure everything runs smoothly, reflecting the premium standards of the Million Dollar Sellers brand.


This is a Full-time Remote position.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Event Director to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and standards
  • Travel to event locations to oversee the on-site setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Coordinate and manage all event logistics, from pre-planning stages to post-event wrap-ups
  • Troubleshoot any challenges or obstacles that arise during events, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Monitor and report on event performance metrics, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and attendees during events


Requirements


  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Proven experience in traveling for and managing on-site event operations
  • Demonstrated capability in handling multiple events simultaneously and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences
  • Solid background in event planning, coordination, and execution at a professional level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving
  • Familiarity with collaborating closely with senior event personnel or directors
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
