Job Description

Cerberus Capital Management is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. You will be responsible for coordinating various recruitment activities, maintaining candidate data, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will contribute to the successful acquisition of top talent for our organization


Responsibilities:

  • Create offer documents and communicate with the candidates through pre-onboarding process
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration by sending weekly updates to hiring managers and recruiters, ensuring everyone is informed about the progress and status of candidate searches
  • Interface with third party vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule phone interviews, video conference interviews, and onsite interviews
  • Maintain and ensure recruiting materials and candidate trackers are updated in real-time, organized and saved in appropriate locations.
  • Assist on special recruitment/ HR projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis
  • Liaise with recruiters and business departments to collect candidate feedback, document all feedback received
  • Drive the hiring process forward and own the candidate management process inclusive of greeting candidates for interviews and managing onsite interviews
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to process search firm invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team including calendar management, scheduling meetings, booking travel, expense reports etc.
  • Manage all scheduling for interviews, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, manage real-time schedule changes


Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong judgement and the maturity to handle sensitive and/or confidential information and situations
  • Ability to manage multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and oral communications skills; Must be able to interact and communicate with clients of all levels internally and externally
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to work, willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues and follow up to ensure that they are successfully brought to completion
  • Experience using Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $80,000. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
