You will work together with clients, collecting information on various locations and venues. You will receive all the training you need to become a successful Customer Support Specialist Travel Advisor. Do you want to have fun every day, learning about different destinations and all the activities those places have to offer?

Responsibilities:

• Books all parts of a travel package.
• Conduct research and determine best deals for the client's chosen destination, keeping a defined budget in mind.
• Builds and maintains good relationship with vendors.
• Collect information from clients regarding their requests.
• Must have a computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone and reliable internet service.

Hours and Benefits:

As a Customer Support Specialists Travel Agent Team Member, you will work remotely. You can determine when you work and where you work. Qualifications/Skills:

• Hospitality background is preferred, but not required.
• Must be organized and have strong communication skills.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills.
• Sales background is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
