About The Role
As a Provider Network Specialist at PHM, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying healthcare providers who perfectly match our clients' clinical needs. We're searching for a talented individual with strong research and problem-solving skills to collaborate seamlessly with our care teams and ensure that all referral needs are met. This is a remote position with flexible working hours, empowering you to make a difference from the comfort of your own home.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with our care teams to identify highly qualified healthcare providers, programs, and institutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
Evaluate and verify provider qualifications, utilizing a data-driven approach to make informed choices for our clients.
Ensure new patients' insurance and availability details are verified and accurately added to our provider database.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related field.
At least two years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with medical specialties and healthcare terminology.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
