Key Responsibilities
As a Radio Board Operator, you'll be responsible for operating the control board for both studio and remote programming, ensuring seamless transmission and engaging content for our listeners.
Your keen eye for detail will come in handy as you regulate program timing, handle syndicated programs, and manage commercial breaks effectively.
Ensuring the highest quality standards, you'll monitor incoming and outgoing on-air programming to maintain technical accuracy from our master control room.
You'll have a hand in protecting the station's license by censoring live programs and removing any inappropriate content that doesn't align with broadcast guidelines.
We encourage your creativity as you assist in creating playlists for server, tape, or simulcast programming to keep our audience engaged and entertained.
Your flexibility will be appreciated, as you'll handle weekend hours, specifically during the NFL season and other special programming events.
Qualifications And Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and audio editing software like Adobe Audition will be beneficial for your success in this role.

Education And Experience
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required for this position, along with at least 6 months of relevant work experience and/or technical training.
