Job Description

As a Contract Specialist with us, you will be at the heart of our lease agreement process, ensuring that every deal is seamlessly executed. Your role will encompass negotiating lease terms, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records to support the success of our projects.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with a diverse team to negotiate lease terms for new agreements and renewals, bringing your keen eye for detail to every negotiation.
Gather necessary documentation to support the approval of lease agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Utilize Serena Business Management to submit Lease Expenditure Proposals, making your mark in our streamlined workflow.
Maintain lease information meticulously in our corporate databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility when needed.
Craft operating expense and annual reconciliation documents, demonstrating your commitment to precision.
Interact with landlords, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.
Take the lead in preparing, editing, and reviewing a variety of contracts and documents, contributing to the legal backbone of our operations.
Collaborate closely with LabCorp's clients and vendors, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
Coordinate seamlessly with corporate legal, IT, pricing, finance, and senior management, crafting contract language that aligns with our company's guidelines.
Act as a bridge between divisional operations, sales departments, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and comprehensive completion of contract requests.
