Role Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic Fleet Director to join our team in Pomona, CA. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing regional asset strategies, ensuring the efficient management of our fleet, computer equipment, real estate, and tools. Your innovative approach and strategic mindset will lead the implementation of a comprehensive inventory system, enhancing efficiency in multiple locations across the Western States.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the Procurement Department to identify and engage with device suppliers, ensuring top-notch quality, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness.
Manage supplier quality review meetings and drive action plans to foster continuous improvement.
Lead and oversee asset management resources, guiding technical activities to enhance asset management throughout various projects.
Facilitate the seamless deployment of tools and equipment to support our region's operations.
Qualifications You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience.
Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management.
Proven expertise in managing resources in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication skills, utilizing various methods to shape management initiatives and build partnerships.
Demonstrated senior management experience in project management, asset planning, and budget management for large-scale projects or units.
Experience leading organizational changes and implementations, with a track record of success.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the Utility Construction industry.
Additional Relevant Degrees Or Equivalent Work Experience.
