Your Role
You will:
Conduct assessments and diagnostic sessions for family caregivers, providing vital support and guidance.
Offer short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to enhance caregivers' well-being.
Develop and lead support groups, education sessions, and outreach activities, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.
Collaborate with a dynamic team, including volunteers and interns, to provide comprehensive care and support.
Engage in ongoing professional development and stay connected with the latest advancements in the field.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of social work experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of caregiver needs.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Mandarin, enabling you to connect with a wider range of caregivers.
Strong Interpersonal Skills, Problem-solving Abilities, And An Empathetic Approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
