We're on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Consultant to join our San Bernardino team full-time. As a valued member, you'll take charge of the accounting functions for a select group of clients in the vibrant San Bernardino area.
Responsibilities
Become your clients' trusted advisor, staying up-to-date with industry trends, identifying issues, and proactively suggesting solutions.
Prepare essential engagement deliverables, including financial statements, accounting memos, and reconciliations, while ensuring top-notch quality and on-time delivery.
Showcase your technical prowess in handling diverse client responsibilities and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Gain a deep understanding of your clients' organizations, procedures, and policies to provide tailored support.
Participate actively in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to foster strong relationships.
Manage and nurture multiple client relationships, engagements, and special projects, showcasing your ability to deliver excellence.
Consistently meet charge hour goals while maintaining an eye for detail on billing and realization for your assigned clients.
Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is a must; a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred.
Previous experience of 2-3 years in public accounting or a related field is highly valued.
