Key Qualifications

7 + years of experience in employee relations
Experience leading HR / ER projects or working in a ER operational global environment.
Deep expertise in US separation agreements and confidence in leading complex administration, documentation and reporting
US Employment Law knowledge and practice
Solid understanding of People-centered technologies such as ServiceNow CRM and Workday
Results oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. Navigating and pivoting in a constantly evolving environment does not disrupt you and your goals
Highly analytical and enjoys using data to tell a story and build influence
Proven experience establishing and delivering an operationally-minded program strategy
Experience streamlining processes and deep understanding of change management as it relates to ER process transformation
An extraordinary communicator with an interest in fostering positive relationships with people in different teams and levels
Curious, flexible, a good listener, and problem solver
Passionate about the Apple culture, values, and the employee experience

Description

Apple's Employee Relations (ER) function is a global People team that assists managers and the broader People teams in addressing employee issues surrounding policy interpretation, investigations, compliance, and accommodations. We serve as key stakeholders in critical People team projects with global scope and impact.

As part of the ER Operations team within Employee Relations, we are seeking a versatile ER Operations Process Manager to execute and lead key improvements and new ways of working for Apple's broader ER Team. Focusing on helping us achieve operational excellence while providing our employees and partners with an extraordinary ER experience.

This Process Manager will be responsible for sensitive ER processes related to US separation agreements. This individual will be a tenured ER professional with experience handling sophisticated and critical legislative processes whilst balancing multiple stakeholders needs. You will be a critical part in senior level ER data reporting and therefore data accuracy and attention to detail is paramount for success. This role will also work cross-functionally with internal partners to develop, implement and maintain programs that will support our Employee Relations team members to do the best work of their lives. Examples of these initiatives vary from crafting and streamlining ER processes as well as supporting smaller regional specific projects that impact the employee experience and transform how we work in ER.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
