What You’ll Do

• Draft detailed investigative reports, updates, documents, and correspondence
• Review, interpret, analyze and evaluate witness statements, documents and physical evidence collected during investigations
• Review, summarize, create and organize documents and information
• Keep updated investigation records and files
• Conduct investigations from intake to completion, including witness interviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding and experience with relevant employment laws, employee relations principles, and neutral investigation processes
• Direct or indirect experience with Workplace Investigation
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Law or Human Resources preferred)
• Candidate must have legal working rights in the United States of America
• AWI Certificate Holder is a plus
• Strong report writing skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of employment law, employee relations or relevant work experience

This is a hybrid role and it can be based in either one of our office locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle or New York City.
