About the Team:
The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. This role is critical as a global ER driver to better synergize across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Global ER guidelines/policies/SOPs: Partner closely with each region's ER team, Employment Legal, HR compliance and Governance, HRBP, and other HR Operations teams to develop, launch, and iterate ER-related guidelines/policies/SOPs, such as redundancy guidelines, ER case handling SOP, reasonable accommodations policy, etc;
- Process and R&R: Streamline and standardize the working process & clarify R&R between ER teams and other stakeholders in all ER work scenarios;
- System and Tool: understand ER partner and HRBP's needs and pain points, have a clear mind and systematic thinking to plan the overall ER-related system/tool, and work closely with the system team to execute it;
- Data Analysis: overall planning on ER data globally, including standardized data tracking, generating report on a regular basis and as requested by the company leadership team;
- Other daily projects and stakeholder management affair.
Qualifications
- Advantageous to have 5+ years' working experience. In-depth employee relations expertise is not a must, but prior legal, Employee Relations, HRBP, HRCOE, consulting, or PMO experience are preferred;
- Strong project planning and implementation skills, good collaboration and influencing abilities;
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated communication and organizational skills with the competency to influence across all levels;
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87000 - $209000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
