Job Description
Who We Are

CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone.

We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.

We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. Here is a peek into how it works.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Review, interpret, analyze and evaluate witness statements, documents and physical evidence collected during investigations
  • Keep updated investigation records and files
  • Review, summarize, create and organize documents and information
  • Conduct investigations from intake to completion, including witness interviews
  • Draft detailed investigative reports, updates, documents, and correspondence

What We’re Looking For

  • Understanding and experience with relevant employment laws, employee relations principles, and neutral investigation processes
  • Direct or indirect experience with Workplace Investigation
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of human resources, employment law, or technically relevant work experience
  • AWI Certificate Holder is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Law or Human Resources preferred)

Why join us

  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.
  • Early-stage company: Join one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies revolutionizing the food industry
  • Impactful work: You’ll own the full sales cycle from the first point of contact to closing the deal. With challenging targets, you’ll be able to push yourself, make an impact in the industry, and help restaurants succeed.
  • Career development: We set you up for success with a 30-day hands-on training program to equip you with all of the skills you’ll need to succeed in sales. You’ll continuously learn about the market and industry trends.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Growing market: You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’s projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.

What Else You Need To Know

This is a hybrid role and it can be based in either one of our office locations in Los Angeles or San Francisco. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person.
