Ecommerce Manager - Makeup Brand

Meroda Cosmetics is a rapidly growing makeup ecommerce company that focuses on providing inclusive and diverse products to its customers globally. We are looking for an experienced Head of Ecom who will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our CRO team, marketplaces and website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a global ecommerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute ecommerce-specific campaigns and promotions, and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Manage the CRO team, setting goals, driving growth, and ensuring optimization of all ecommerce channels
• Manage the marketplace performance to drive traffic, awareness and sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce, and share insights and recommendations with the leadership team.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to optimize the customer experience across all online sales channels, including our own website and third-party marketplaces.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics, including website traffic, AOV, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage the end-to-end ecommerce process, including product listings, order management, payment processing, and customer service.
• Responsible for the website merchandising

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies
• Proven experience managing at least 7+ ecommerce online stores globally
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of driving growth in ecommerce channels in multiple countries/regions
• Experience with online marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay.
• Understanding of the makeup industry and consumer behavior in the space is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in working with a DTC company doing €50M to €100M yearly or more
• Experience leading CRO efforts and managing a team of CRO specialists
• Proven track record on marketplace revenue in multiple regions
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
