Position Summary:
Charlotte’s Web is seeking a talented Manager of Site Experience to lead the development, implementation and optimization of the customer shopping experience across two parallel sites while simultaneously building a brand-new site. As a successful candidate, you will become the voice of the customer throughout the shopping funnel, improve their experience, and drive sales, satisfaction, and repeat rates. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and be responsible for driving forward the site strategy to maximize key performance on all sites/brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement A/B testing plans to identify which design and content changes drive the highest engagement, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Use data and user feedback to optimize site taxonomy and product discovery.
- Identify the best paths to educate and convert visitors to our website through best practices in UX, UI, and CRO.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly site designs that improve site navigation and wayfinding.
- Monitor site analytics to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee the process to support customers all the way through the delivery of their purchases.
- Become the voice of the customer throughout the shopping funnel to improve the experience and drive sales, satisfaction, and repeat rates.
- Design and drive forward the site strategy to maximize key performance on all sites/brands.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer shopping experience across all devices, from initial product discovery to checkout.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the website remains competitive and cutting-edge.
Education and Experience:
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Hotjar, etc.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform integrations, including ERP, CRM, and OMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- A/B testing experience with tools like WVO, Google Optimize
- Experience with A/B testing, UX/UI design, site taxonomy, and product discovery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WordPress is a plus
- Landing page development and optimization know-how
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in a Site Experience or eCommerce Product role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Deep understanding of user flows and successful shopping funnel optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and leverage them effectively to drive sales
Compensation:
$100,000 - $115,000 base salary
