About the Role:
OLAPLEX is looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to join the Amazon eCommerce team responsible for Amazon globally.
The role requires the ability to execute the best proactive and reactive strategies to meet OLAPLEX’s sell in and sell-out objectives. This includes accountability for global P&L across all Amazon marketplaces, daily account and AVS relationship management, inventory and promotional planning, as well as business development. Candidate must be a highly productive individual who can drive timely, harmonized and fluid communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Account Management/Sales Responsibilities:
- Own Amazon P&L for OLAPLEX
- Ensure monthly updates to forecast and reconciliations to financial plans
- Responsible for meeting annual and monthly sales goals, including ownership of budgets and trends.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to help meet and exceed goals
- Run and analyze relevant reports on Amazon Retail Analytics Premium and present findings and recommendations
Execute Daily Global Account Management:
- Work with brand marketing and digital teams to ensure strategy is being executed and optimized where possible
- Reconcile chargebacks and submit disputes while closely monitoring inventory levels and any un-anticipated changes to ordering forecasts
- Work with Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) contact to ensure full alignment on brand strategy, sales goals, and merchandising plan execution
- Flag price updates, out of stocks, product discontinuations and proper replacements
- Oversee processing of purchase orders, Amazon commitment programs and all manual buys
- Work closely with warehouse and operational teams to ensure all account guidelines are being met and optimized.
- Work with AVS, Finance and Demand Planning on yearly, quarterly, and monthly forecasts
Promotional Planning & Execution:
- Identify promotional opportunities and/ or strategies in alignment to business goals and objectives
- Own promotional planning calendars, communicate estimated orders and reserves while monitoring overall impact to business and budget
Business Development:
- Use market research and strategic thinking to enhance business launch practices and growth strategies in new markets
- Support the launch of OLAPLEX across new Amazon global marketplaces
- Utilize best in class practices of established markets to effectively scale new business’
About You:
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft (Excel (pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, attention to details, customer centric service orientation, improves performance (i.e. improves work process to save time & resources) and creative in problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, possessing the ability to work with cross functional teams including eCommerce, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Demand Planning and Marketing
- Knowledge of both digital creative and digital marketing across multiple channels and platforms
- Experience with Amazon accounting and dispute practices related to chargebacks, shortages, price claims, provisions and allowances
- Multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with high level of quality and consistency
- Proven track of driving fulfillment results from eCommerce & digital marketing initiatives
- Amazon Vendor Central experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of relevant business experience
- Familiar with executive level reporting and communications

The annual base pay for this position is $81,500 - $112,200. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
