Summary:

The International Brand Manager will be responsible for planning, developing & driving new products and strategic marketing initiatives to increase the value and performance of the Jarrow Formulas brand. You will collaborate cross functionally to effectively manage a range of responsibilities including understanding customer & international market insights, creating strategic brand plans, and managing their brand portfolio to support profitable growth for the brand. This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director.


Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:

· Lead marketing arm of strategic planning: Partner with cross-functional and external partners on the international strategic plan.

· Build and steward the Jarrow Formulas brand internationally: ensure brand point of difference, equity, and brand visual language are consistently executed across markets.

· Partner with International Sales to accelerate growth of Jarrow Formulas internationally, partner with customers to develop a cohesive marketing strategy across channels to deliver revenue goals and drive efficient ROAS without sacrificing brand or long-term growth.

· Build monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans in line with budget and revenue growth goals.

· Drive accountability and work with distributors to drive continual optimization of campaigns, audiences & creative.

· Test and Optimize:

• Present clear and concise performance recaps to key stakeholders

• Develop marketing/media acceleration testing roadmap to drive continual improvement in efficiency & effectiveness of media spend in partnership with media agency and analytics team.

· Develop International product pipeline strategy and execute it:

• Identify market trends & consumer insights to build strong product concepts and innovation launch pipeline to achieve the brand’s growth objectives and market share.

• Work closely with product launch team to identify accurate forecasting benchmark and track program success post launch.

· Stay on top of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches, and develop strategies to adapt to changing business trends, as needed.

· Manage International P&L: Monitor International product performance including sales data, consumer and customer feedback, COGS, margin, and sales, and recommend plans to optimize.



You’ll need the following (minimum qualifications):

· eCommerce experience & insights to drive strategy across all paid channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, TV, OTT, Influencer, Shopping, as well as organic channels such as email, SEO, CRO, referrals and partnerships.

· High proficiency in evaluating marketing performance and strong sense for benchmarks across CPM, CPA, CPC, ROAS etc.

· Highly analytical: Able to distill and communicate insights to drive a test-and-learn roadmap to unlock efficiency & effectiveness over time.

· Strategic thinker who can flex between long-term planning and reactive, day-to-day optimizations.

· Collaborative & influential: Able to develop strong working relationships with sales teams, finance teams, distributor marketing teams, and other external partners.

· Lead in ambiguity: Ability to define key project milestones, where initial pathways can be unclear or undefined, and identify potential issues early.

· Action-oriented and moves quickly to get things done.

  • International brand marketing experience, with a focus in APAC preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CPG brand management, product management, or innovation roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
  • VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) industry experience strongly preferred.



A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
