Job Description

The Opportunity:

It’s an exciting time in the Sephora Digital Marketing & Media group. Sephora is embarking on the development and launch of our own Retail Media Network: creating new value exchanges for our Brand partners and accelerating ad monetization growth on owned and operated platforms. Reporting to the Manager, Sephora Media Collective, you will work closely with internal and external partners on campaign activation and channel strategy development for Sephora’s US and CA retail media campaigns.

As Assistant Manager, Sephora Media Collective, You Will...

  • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
  • Oversee campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Oversee campaign creative hand-off and implementation which includes copy and creative QA, mock approvals, and providing live notifications
  • Oversee billing and invoicing process with Sephora Finance and agency partners
  • Be a key resource for go-to-market timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Help steward best-in-class program execution through strong attention to detail; which includes timeline management, budget management, and facilitating internal partner communication as well as agency collaboration
  • Participate in weekly status calls with agency partners & work collaboratively with the manager to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Assist with developing the channel mix strategy across Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), Programmatic Display, CTV, Custom Content, and Affiliate

We’re Excited About You If You Have...

  • Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an exceedingly fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Ad Ops (tracking, pixels, etc.) & measurement preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing; paid social, & programmatic display experience preferred
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $98,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
